Social Media Strategist

The Social Media Assistant should be a creative and analytical individual with a high interest to learn, ability to prioritize and great interpersonal skills. Duties will include planning, writing, posting, analyzing, as well as designing social media posts.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle day to day activities for social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more);
• Communicate with other departments to plan social media content;
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather content in due time;
• Create text and graphics content, specific for all channels;
• Answer to potential messages in Romanian and English;
• Regularly analyze the data from the social media accounts and prepare reports;
• Propose strategies to improve social media presence

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with any social media tasks for Stefanini EMEA;
• Propose strategies to integrate with other digital marketing activities;
• Help with temporary workload increase for other tasks within the marketing department;

Important Skills

• Excellent command of English is required
• At least 1 year experience in managing Social Media Accounts for companies
• Copywriting capabilities is a must
• Capability to plan and have a long term vision
• Able to understand and analyze data
• Design skills (Photoshop) is a plus
