The Social Media Assistant should be a creative and analytical individual with a high interest to learn, ability to prioritize and great interpersonal skills. Duties will include planning, writing, posting, analyzing, as well as designing social media posts.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle day to day activities for social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more);
- Communicate with other departments to plan social media content;
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather content in due time;
- Create text and graphics content, specific for all channels;
- Answer to potential messages in Romanian and English;
- Regularly analyze the data from the social media accounts and prepare reports;
- Propose strategies to improve social media presence
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist with any social media tasks for Stefanini EMEA;
- Propose strategies to integrate with other digital marketing activities;
- Help with temporary workload increase for other tasks within the marketing department;
Important Skills
- Excellent command of English is required
- At least 1 year experience in managing Social Media Accounts for companies
- Copywriting capabilities is a must
- Capability to plan and have a long term vision
- Able to understand and analyze data
- Design skills (Photoshop) is a plus
