We continue our growth and we are now looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to be the voice of House of Fun game on social media.
Role:
- Build a strategy for social online support
- Build and manage an official social support page and/or community
- Interacting with players in all communities – internal and external
- Build support community - crowd sourcing
- Online brand listening and monitoring
- Work closely with the business to drive engagement towards the game, and drive business insights back from the communities you manage
- Creates and manages surveys for each room
- Trains the moderators and preview players
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Social Media and outreach tactics
- English proficiency both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently – a proactive, self-motivated person who likes to build things from the ground up
- Creative person who thinks outside the box, who understands social marketing and engagement techniques
- Background in Customer Support - is a plus
- Experience in social marketing management- is a plus
- Experience in design/ Photoshop skills- is a plus
