We, VNI HMI Timisoara, are working in a massive-importance Instrument Cluster project for a premium european OEM.
We develop our Software product in a distributed team within an Agile setup.

As a SW Architect you will:

•  Create and maintain the SW Architecture; 
•  Co-ordinate and specify the interfaces of the SW components and their interaction; 
•  Analyze the state behavior and timing behavior of the overall system and its sub-systems; 
•  Analyze performance issues and stability issues in the system; 
•  Identify problem root causes; 
•  Analyze memory usage and check against the requirements; 
•  Support software integration activities; 
•  Cooperate in the global SW architecture community to maintain and improve a robust, extensible and scalable SW Architecture; 
•  Apply agile methodologies for product development; 
•  Provide coaching / mentoring for team members in order to obtain expected project results.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job Requirements

•  University degree in Computer science, electronics or related; 
•  Advanced knowledge and previous work experience with Integrity OS; 
•  Experience with multi core uC/ multi processes SW system; 
•  Advanced debugging skills on multi process SW system, virtual address spaces; 
•  Advanced C/ C++ development skills; 
•  Coaching / mentoring skills;
•  Problem solving skills; 
•  Drive and initiative.
