We are looking to expand our team in Iasi and we are recruiting for a Software Engineer for one of our clients that are based in UK.

My client is is a new, dynamic energy supplier and looking to shake up the UK energy market. They are on a mission to make a positive and lasting impact on our world and in our society. This a full-time position with the excellent opportunity of professional development, support and full training for Blue Prism will be provided.


The working hours will be standard UK hours 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9am-6pm (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Designing automated process solutions in accordance with RPA best practice design principles and conventions.
  • Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Mentoring colleagues through the Blue Prism Cloud training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Communicating with Blue Prism Cloud on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism Cloud community.
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified delivery risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the test phases
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the testing and rollout phases
  • Capturing the detailed key stroke level mapping instructions of what the human workers perform when completing a process.
  • Capturing the non-functional requirements of how the process is conducting a day to day basis to ensure the automated solution achieves the maximum business benefits


    • Skills:

    • Experience and knowledge of Business/System Analysis in a structured environment
    • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
    • The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and mentoring tasks.
    • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
    • An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
    • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
    • Experience of developing RPA for a multitude of platforms including Web, APIs, Databases etc.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented Programming concepts with experience in at least one of VBA, HTML, SQL Python.
    • Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
    • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
    • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
    • Prior experience of using process flow diagrams would be beneficial.
    • Have an active interest in emerging technology and identify ways in which they can be used within Rebel
    • Participate in post implementation reviews and lessons learned to drive CI
