Software development engineer

We are looking for highly-skilled software development engineers to join our team. The place of work is determined by your choice in one of our local offices in Marosvásárhely, Székelyudvarhely, Csíkszereda or you can choose to work remotely. All you need to do is bring your passion and perseverance in a fast growing professional team. 

What will you be actually doing? 

• Turning top notch user interface designs into highly engaging front-end code using fundamental languages like HTML/CSS and Javascript

• Proficiently using React JS

• Creating interactive animation using JS/Jquery, CSS and dynamic SVG

• Pioneering modern responsive layouts

• Developing server side code using languages like Python respectively using your knowledge of their language specific development frameworks like Django or Flask

• Building databases using technologies like MySQL or MSSQL

• Creating internal and external APIs and RESTful web services

Are you all of the below?

• You have gained valuable experience as a software engineer, minimum 2+ years is required

• Having the knowledge of writing HTML and CSS, being up on latest practices is a must

• Familiar with modern Javascript 

• Database design and management, experience with technologies like MySQL or MSSQL

• Knowing a relevant back-end programming language, ideally Python 

• Knowing a relevant and globally supported framework, . Django, Flask, React

• Gained experience in agile development

• Proficiency with GIT

• Having the necessary background in design and construction of RESTful APIs

• Skilled in creating extensible platforms supported by APIs

• Prioritize customer use cases with simple user experience

• Curious about and open to bleeding-edge products

• Experience with design patterns

• Able to learn new technologies quickly, to show initiative and willing to go the extra mile

• Fluent in English

• Strong team player, open-minded, flexible and adaptable

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of other JavaScript MVC frameworks 

• Familiarity with Redux

• Deploying your own code (experience with Docker or Kubernetes is a plus)

• Experience with Cloud Native Application development on AWS, Azure
