Software Integrator/Build Engineer

Position Summary: SW Integrator (Build Engineer) for Infotainment projects.

The SW Integration engineer specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining software repositories within a global development team
• Creation of integration documentation and software metrics
• Creating and maintaining the build system
• Development and maintenance of the Continuous Build / Integration process
• Creation of official software releases and delivery to customers
• Integration of 3rd party deliveries
• Active cooperation with the development department

Basic Qualifications:

• At least years of experience as an integrator
• Experience working with embedded operating systems (eg Linux, QNX)
• Good understanding programming and scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python or similar languages)
• Experience with version management systems (Git, Perforce)
• Good knowledge of build / deployment automation (Jenkins, CruiseControl, Bamboo)
• Knowledge of linux Yocto build environment
• High team and cooperation capability
• Independent and systematic operation, high quality awareness
• Excellent english communication skills both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of C and/or C++ code, preferable in embedded environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics engineering or comparable course of studies
• Experience in automotive development
• Experience working with electronic and hardware components

Eligibility Requirements: List specific location of position and % of willingness to travel.

• Willingness to travel (0-20% of time) depending on the project necessities
