Software Integrator Engineer

Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Integrator Engineer to join us in a challenging project, in border control field. With your expertise, you will perform integration activities in a professional team from Bucharest.

Tech stack:

• Backend: Java, Java EE, Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL si Wildfly;
• Frontend: Angular, Bootstrap, ;
• DevOps: Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, Grafana.

Responsibilities:

• Develop integration interface across JAVA platforms;
• Communicate between company overseas software development teams and customers;
• Define system specifications, input/output processes and hardware or software compatibility;
• Extend technical support during preparation, installation and system maintenance;
• Create professional technical documentations and present for internal and external use;
• Code integration activities and perform branch integration;
• Develop and automate change validation to tools before roll out and handle validation;
• Evaluate, select, roll out and support off-shelf tools to improve developer productivity;
• Contribute towards team, department and company goals;
• Execute and upgrade integrated interfaces;
• Assist clients to test integrated interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Integrator Engineer or similar role;
• Previous experience with Java scripting;
• Academic degree in the area of computer science, computer engineering, or other related domain;
• Strong attention to details;
• Outstanding analytical skills;
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple countries.
