Software Project Manager R&D center Romania

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling and managing of software development projects in the field of automotive electronics
• As Software Project Manager you are responsible for the team, direct contact person for customers and any software-related question during the whole project
• While managing and moderating software teams your main focus is on quality, costs and delivering targets as well as multi project management (always ASPICE process conform)
• You are responsible for the active identification of nonconformity as well as initial change management within the projects
• Leading project planning and reporting processes (incl. adhering costs, specifications and milestones) in an agile working environment

Required Qualification:

• Successfully completed university degree (. computer science, software engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge in automotive software development (Software implementation Software Architecture, Configuration Management, Software integration, Software validation – ASPICE conform)
• Good knowledge in Project Management
• Know How of processes in automotive development (Automotive SPICE; IS
• Fluent written and spoken in Romanian and English
• Experience in German automotive industry is an advantage
• Communication and conflict management skills, self-motivation and motivating others
• Performance oriented, high degree for teamwork and sense of empathy
