Software Quality Assurance Engineer with German

The essential duties and responsibilities:

• Providing Quality Management for Software Projects
• Supporting software project managers in process definition for a specific project
• Prepare, execute, report and follow up project software milestones (process audits)
• Reporting to the management the main risks and issues found during quality checks
• Creatingprocess descriptions according to the V model diagram
• Manage and report on software key performance metrics
• Monitor the project activities in terms of compliance with standards, internal process and customer requirements
• Perform internal trainings for quality management system and customer specific requirements for the developers
• Active participation in internal / external SPICE Assessments performed in the software department

Required experience:

• English – advanced
• German – advanced
• Min. 2 years’ experience Quality Management in automotive industry
• Knowledge of software quality process
• Knowledge of SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination)
• Knowledge of V model diagram
• Efficient work style and good communication skills
• Basic programming experience is desired
