What will your job be about?
• Provides technical support to the process and maintenance technicians. Responsible for the implementation of process control methods for all soldering processes.
• Directly involved in new product development within DFM activities. Responsible of finding new processes / methods depending on the specific of new products and participate in the implementation and improvement.
• Supports the activities of the team of engineers and technicians from PED specialized in AOI, wave soldering selective soldering, robot soldering and routing.
• Process setup for mass production.
• Technical intervention for mass production issues.
• Support for after market production.
• Support activities for a continuous growth of the manufacturing productivity in the specific activity (rebalancing / line optimization, troubleshooting, bottle-neck analysis, times and methods, layout production area).
• Specific process documentation elaboration.
What will you bring with you?
• Technical University – Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Electro-technical;
• Knowledge of Process flow, PFMEA, Control plan;
• Knowledge of basic pneumatics;
• Team player, flexibility;
• Able to express ideas clearly;
• Pro-active, open mind, positive attitude;
• At least 1 year of soldering processes experience;
• Understanding of depanelization, soldering and automatic soldering inspection;
• Ability to plan and organize efficiently and effectively in interdepartmental activities.
