Main Responsibilities:
Your mission will be to help make the sourcing process more efficient, through building relationships with suppliers, negotiating cost and developing agreements. You will play a third-party role, advising and consulting, making recommendations to decision makers.
- Enter data into automated systems and verify input
- Assess company procurement needs
- Ensure client requests are compliant
- Prepare and execute local sourcing plans
- Create and administer Shopping Carts for vendors
- Evaluating market conditions and risk management plans
- Suggest improvements as per quantitative evaluation
- Negotiate deals and contracts with suppliers – pricing, quantities and delivery schedules
- Work in conjunction with legal department in order to include all details negotiated
- Send instructions to vendors, managers and course owners
- Process and verify invoices and purchase orders
- All other admin duties as assigned
- Form and maintain relationships with suppliers within the industry in order to ensure continuous improvement in sourcing
- Identify and report any issue/non-conformity to the Quality Assurance team and actively participate in the correction and prevention actions
- Provide reports as required using the learning database
- Regularly identify opportunities for business development and facilitate growth in revenue
