Sourcing Administrator with English and German

• Finance /Business / Economics or related field graduate is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

Your mission will be to help make the sourcing process more efficient, through building relationships with suppliers, negotiating cost and developing agreements. You will play a third-party role, advising and consulting, making recommendations to decision makers.

• Enter data into automated systems and verify input
• Assess company procurement needs
• Ensure client requests are compliant
• Prepare and execute local sourcing plans
• Create and administer Shopping Carts for vendors
• Evaluating market conditions and risk management plans
• Suggest improvements as per quantitative evaluation
• Negotiate deals and contracts with suppliers – pricing, quantities and delivery schedules
• Work in conjunction with legal department in order to include all details negotiated
• Send instructions to vendors, managers and course owners
• Process and verify invoices and purchase orders
• All other admin duties as assigned
• Form and maintain relationships with suppliers within the industry in order to ensure continuous improvement in sourcing
• Identify and report any issue/non-conformity to the Quality Assurance team and actively participate in the correction and prevention actions
• Provide reports as required using the learning database
• Regularly identify opportunities for business development and facilitate growth in revenue
