Sourcing Business Analyst– Sprint solution

THE GOAL:

As a Sourcing Business Analyst – Sprint solution will be in charge for collaborating with the process owners and stakeholders regarding sourcing software requirements and effectively  translating them into functional specifications to the development team and work closely with delivery team members to ensure Sprint goals are met and the requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively.

You will be required to:

• participating into  IT projects with teams of contributors from different countries
• writing down the specifications of the changes
• ensuring SPRINT application configurations
• providing IT recipe and organizing business recipes
• testing application new features in order to identify bugs or inconsistency and to propose solution
• keeping documentation up to date
• providing training for users and support team
• being a proposal force to improve business processes
• staying informed and explore what's new in the app
• learning about process differences across countries
• organizing and conduct meetings with purchasing managers and operational teams
• anticipating risks, define and manage corrective action plans
• promoting the use of purchasing tools
• preparing and presenting synthetic tools for arbitration and decision making
• substitutes for limited periods, if necessary support and deployment positions 

Professional and personal requirements:

• Fluency in French and English
• Solid knowledge in ERP projects ( preferable  with tasks in areas: application configuration, testing, change request implementation, etc)
• Have a technical/functional IT culture  
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing processes
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing processes
• Experience in communicating with customers and responding to their needs
• Ability to train others, give clear instructions  and to propose convincing alternatives
• Optimist and self-organized with a solid “Can-Do” Attitude
• Degree from an accredited university
