Main Responsibilities:

Coordination and realization of timely finalisation of planning controlling and budgeting activities of OPEX, CAPEX ( Preparation of reports on CAPEX monthly ,collection of data for various reports prepared by Directorate for PEC, Sales Division ,contracts assesment from budget , payment terms, tax implication point of view )

Coordination and supervising of all activities related to:

• Cash Flow and Account balance plan/Actual
• Monitoring of invoice flow;
• Payments ;
• Balance confirmation

Coordination of the processes in relation with the banks

Preparation of the reports for the National Bank of Romania

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of similar work experience, with international exposure

Knowledge of Romanian fiscal legislation, preferably for oil and gas industry
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards; 
Good knowledge of SAP; 
Proficiency in MS Office;
Knowledge of English;knowledge of Russian is an advantage;

Good organizational and communication skills.
