Altran is looking for one more colleague to hire for our supply chain BMW team in Brasov.
If you have gathered experience in Logistics / Acquisition in any industry and you can express yourself freely in both, German and English, we would definitely like to meet you.
Any SAP knowledge would be considered to be a plus and would be a step forward in your learning curve in the first two months with us.
Your working style should be very structured and organized, and you have already worked under tight and repeated deadlines with clients or customers.
IMPORTANT:

General Responsibilities:
• Process the delivery-order requests of components for car-production in SAP and ensure all the necessary information related to price, vendor, required quantity, delivery deadlines;
• Launch and track orders in SAP;
• Perform any required changes related to price, suppliers´ details, delivery deadlines, etc., during the on-going delivery process;
• Solution any delivery problems together with suppliers and client´s stakeholders;
• Build and maintain a good professional relationship with the client´s suppliers worldwide and with client's stakeholders;
• Manage after-delivery incidents:
-Delivery complaints related to inappropriate packaging, non-compliant delivered parts, lack of accompanying documentation, etc.;
-Settlement-related complaints: validate parts´ specifications vs. related billing details;
• Update the supplier’s database on a regular basis;
• Communicate in German and English with both - suppliers and client´s stakeholders per E-mail and on the phone.
