Job description:

You will provide intern technical support on company users (Local & Remote support)
Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades
monitoring system performance.
Activity reporting related to supervision events.
Analyse monitoring alerts, graphs and logs events from our 400 linux servers
Take care of linux servers backups and updates
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, printer and software issues;
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Working office hours from 9h to 18h30 from monday to sunday (4days in, 2 days off)
Oncall

Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge of Linux operating systems
Be able to communicate in english (You will have to speak with Romanian, dutch and french people)
Good knowledge in Windows desktop
Remote control tools such as TeamViewer and RDP
Awareness of all mainstream mobile technologies (Android, Apple etc.)
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Keen to learn new technologies
Professional attitude
IT Helpdesk experience and/or network/system supervision
