Requirements:
- Higher education in the technical field: Electrical Engineering / Automation / Informatics / other fields in IT area;
- Knowledge of PC hardware, software, peripheral troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of data networks, working with network equipment, TCP / IP (familiar with the concepts of DNS, DHCP, Firewall);
- Knowledge of installation / configuration / administration of operating systems (Windows);
- Knowledge of use and installation of complementary applications (Microsoft Office, system utilities)

Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, configuration and technical assistance operations within the company;
- Collaborates with all the functional compartments of the unit, offering specialized technical assistance in the use of information technologies in the current activity;
- React promptly in case of interruption of the operation of IT systems, in order to get back into operation as soon as possible;
- Administer and manage the access rights to the company's computer applications;
- Identifies, plans and schedules the activities of maintenance / periodic revision / software and hardware upgrading, in order to avoid accidental falls of these systems;
- Apply the technical IT&C standards in force and the specific requirements of the organization;
- Responsible for maintaining a good level of technical performance of the company's operational activities.
