Specialist Payroll

• Responsible & fully accountable for the payroll function of various clients ( full scope process from working contract to ordering salary payments)

• Responsible for following strictly the Romanian working legislation and the imposed deadlines by it

• Responsible for scheduling and run client payrolls by following standard processes

• Maintains complete, accurate and timely customer and employee records based on real time requests

• Use all internal systems, tools and defined processes to ensure optimal efficiency, service quality and make references for best practices to customers

• Work with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction 

• Provide feedback and suggestions on processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications Required

English, writing and speaking

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of customer service skillsCapacity to master Windows office tools 

Ability to work with deadlines and make decisionsAgility and rapid adaptation to change

Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
