Specialist Supplier Quality Injection

We are looking for a Specialist Supplier Quality Injection for our Supplier Quality Injection M./ Kinematics team in Codlea.

Responsibilities:

• Support, manage and develop suppliers for injection molding/kinematic parts;
• Support the purchasing department during the supplier selection;
• Perform supplier potential analysis and manage quality escalations;
• Be responsible for the maturity increase of the products and processes at the supplier;
• Conduct PPAP/PSW/PPF releases;
• Perform internal and external product and process audits.

Requirements:

• Technical University degree or comparable technical job experience;
• Minimum 3 years experience on automotive quality or comparable skills;
• Ideally experiences with supplier management, quality tools and norms (IATF, VDA , VDA 2); Injection molding and painting Know-how;
• Language skills: English (C1-Level); German (B2-Level);
• Willingness to business trips;
• Communication skills, flexibility, goal orientation and analytical skills.
