The Storage Solutions Architect is a resource dedicated to servicing our customers, supporting our sales team, and partnering with key vendors. This individual is responsible for designing solutions, providing subject matter expertise across a variety of products, and implementation services.

 He/She is responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of customers, providing subject matter expertise across a variety of products, and implementation services, taking full responsibility for the warehouse solutions design.

Your role will be based in the Romania, although the work you will do will be prominently for European teams. Some travel may be required, around 10% to European countries.

Principle Tasks:

·       Total Warehouse Racks Modelling – ‘what if’ scenarios

·       Working closely with CDMs to understand the core requirements of customers

·       Warehousing racking system models & optimisation

 Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills & Experience

 Skills 

·       Candidate must have exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to simplify complex theory/equations

·       Solution design experience for racking systems

·       Experienced user of  CAD

·       Ability to gather and analyse complex data

·       Advanced Microsoft Office capability.

• Facilitate engagement with customer to meet quality/scope expectations and adhering time objectives.
• Articulate architectural/design concepts to product specialists and delivery consultants for further development.
• Develop strong customer relationships and trust to secure future business.
• Professional and effective communication skills with written and verbal dialog to internal and external technical and management staff.
• Stay current with developments in the storage industry through professional associations, trade journals, networking and formalized training.
