Store Manager - Sibiu

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and implements all retail activities within the store, focusing on sales, services and clients;
• Ensure proper maintenance of the administrative records with regards to sales and stock;
• Ensure optimum levels of sell out and stock;
• In store merchandising;
• Select, training, manage, evaluate and motivate the sales staff, monitoring and improving their performance;
• Ensure efficient use of allocated resources;
• Management reports;
• Administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding in retail operations is a must - every day store operations (opening, closing, money flow, goods flow - ordering, receiving, inventories, cleaning, security, customer service);
• Experience in management position is a must; candidate should have experience and knowledge in delegating tasks, setting goals, motivation of staff, performance management;
• Understanding of good customer service in the store;
• Experience in implementation of routines in the store;
• Analyses numerical data and all other sources of information, makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis;
• Adaptability to changes, ability to work with many tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
• Hands on person (not office desk person, but sales floor person);
• English – medium level
• Good computer knowledge, MS Office.
