Strategic Procurement Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development of category strategy for assigned categories by delivering regional / local demand and supply insights;
• Manages and optimizes regional targets aligned with the Global Category Manager;
• Implements category strategy in regional / local organization including alignment with relevant stakeholders;
• Conducts sourcing activities including the negotiations;
• Contributes to achievement of KPI targets and other objectives;
• Takes the lead for regional stakeholder management;
• Conducts all elements of a proper Supplier Relationship Management;
• Conducts regular supplier performance review meetings with regional key suppliers and contributes to supplier performance review meetings for group-wide key suppliers;
• Continuously monitors supply markets for new suppliers, technology, trends, innovation etc.;
• Seeks for optimization potential for sourcing and processes.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in purchasing, in an International environment;
• Previous experience in process optimization and implementation;
• Microsoft Office package knowledge, intermediate Excel knowledge;
• SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and think in terms of solutions;
• Communicate clearly and responsibly;
• Complete tasks and projects successfully;
• Involve colleagues actively;
• English language skills - medium level.
