Your Tasks

• Develop and lead supply strategy and negotiation of product supply agreements (own and 3rd party) in EAST region (RO/BG/RS/MD);
• Management of the European Export function in EAST Region within the company defined framework terms and conditions, complying with all the Directives and Procedures relevant for the Group;
• Coordinate Black Sea exports of Products and Feedstock
• Maximize contribution to refinery result by managing supply and demand balance and continuous innovation & improvement process with respect to the supply chain;
• Secure supply of  refinery with feedstock and biofuels;
• Lead biofuels compliance strategy of company in EAST Region;
• Full accountability for the Romanian Compulsory Stocks Obligation Legal Compliance, interface to the state authorities;

Your Profile:

• Educational requirements: University degree/ Master diploma;
• Subject of education: Economical/Technical;
• Relevant professional experience: 7-10 years in supply chain, leadership experience min 3 years; 
• Strong market knowledge in relevant oil & gas markets, strong network to international suppliers is an advantage;
• Superior skills in negotiation techniques and extensive negotiation experience;
• Ability to manage direct reports as well as large number of project team members which are not direct reports, leading a team to excellent results;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving & proactive;
• Multitask & conflict management experience; Leadership qualities;
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills to structure complex analyses methods;
• Computer operation skills: MS Office - mandatory & excellent Excel knowledge;
