Mission of the Job:
The Global Process Office is a Client HQ function established to become the guardian of the Global Process Model. We take full ownership for Client’s Global Process Model; defining and supporting all tasks and activities that Accounting & Finance teams are responsible for.
To develop the accounting function across the group to meet HQ’s Corporation’s Financial Objective: to deliver a world class accounting function to the business under a controlled costing structure.

Ideal candidate for the SME- Order to Cash position:

Experience of 3-5 years as a Subject Matter Expert in the OTC area;

Advanced English level (written & spoken);
-
Experience of working with remote teams across multiple sites;

Expertise of SAP ERP system;
-
Advanced Excel skills, Word and PowerPoint;

Availability to travel
Key Responsibilities:
-
The role of the Process Specialist for Order to Cash is mainly considering the following main activities that will ensure the appropriate process support;
-
Understand end to end OTC Global Process Model, including process flows, systems and master data;
-
Ensure OTC processes are correctly mapped and updated;
-
Identify, propose and support the implementation of process improvements;
-
Issue Global OTC reporting to allow performance analysis and comparison of different regions;
-
Identify highly transactional activities that can be automated using SAP batch jobs or RPA;
-
Use process documentation tools to ensure processes are correctly documented;
-
Execute OTC global reporting to track the level of process compliance and performance of the different regions to identify best practices;
-
Promote process governance through implementation of system workflows;
-
Propose/Suggest OTC projects to be considered aimed to improve efficiency and standardization.
