SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Job Summary:

Aligns the supply plan with the demand plan and drives stability in the supply chain. Uses statistical analysis, collaborative cross-functional intelligence, and validated planning parameter settings to disaggregate the demand plan and determine the optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use supply strategy in order to plan and order needed materials.
• Issue and send to the suppliers the necessary purchase orders.
• Analyze the open orders balance and take actions to avoid any possible impact.
• Identify potential supply chain failures as part of the planning process and mitigate associated risks.
• Maintain a good partnership with the allocated suppliers.
• Participate in functional process improvement teams.
• Maintain and develop work instructions and internal procedures.
• Monitor and adjust parameters in the materials planning system used to drive MRP outputs.
• Distribute the forecast to the allocated suppliers.
• Use common processes tools, and IT systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders - internal and/or external to develop short term improvements.
• Use the planning system to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain.
• Actively influence the supply KPI's.
