Supply Chain Manager based in Ploiesti

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for annual SIOP
• Coordinate demand & production planning, purchasing activities, logistics and warehousing
• Plan, assign and direct team work; appraise team performance
• Responsible for achieving the KPIs, in terms of effectiveness and consistency of production planning, the most competitive prices and quality on a local basis, effective and cost efficient transportation so as to guarantee reliability in delivery times and product quality
• Monitor suppliers performance to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
• Supervises the appropriate storage & movement of raw materials, finished goods & spare parts, in order to support the production process and eliminate delays
• Report periodically on progress and results, analyse developments and make recommendations

Major Requirements:

• University degree
• Previous consistent working experience in supply chain management in a complex manufacturing business
• Excellent English skills
• Pro-active, excellent leadership
• A self-starter with high standards of integrity
