Supply Chain Team Leader

Objective: Create and implement best practice logistics processes across organization in order to improve operational and financial performance

Area of responsibilities: Warehouse, Material Planning, Transportation and Customer Services

1. Warehouse

• Coordinate the overall warehousing processes (inbound, outbound and inventories)
• Implement, manage, monitor HSE, Quality and best practices
• Set and check necessary safety stock
• In charge with annual, periodical  and ad hoc inventories
• Propose improvements of performance and costs in warehousing
• Maintain warehouse equipment and security
• Manage, develop and recruit the warehouse team

2. Material Planning

• Coordinate the team of planners in order to assure the KPIs of  the planning team
• Daily taking of finished orders, update of the daily/weekly production plan according to priorities.
• Daily/weekly taking for raw material, semi finish goods and finish goods on the entire logistic flow
• Provide support for review and update of production master data (work plan, bill of material lot size, routings, etc.) also in the ERP system Infor LN
• Provide support from logistic perspective to implement new business in current Wittronic/Aquis group

3. Transportation

• In charge with the development and implementation of a procedure for all outgoing and incoming transports  together with purchase and sales department
• Identify and propose cost reduction for transports

4. Customer Service

• Coordinate the process/flow of order management : implement in the system – with Key Accounts/Project manager responsible for this task

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a related field to Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manager /team leader position
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory software and 5S method in Warehousing and Logistics
• Advanced knowledge of English, German is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production company
• Strong Team player and coaching abilities
