Job Description 

Deliver an optimized supply plan across Co-Manufacture & Import/Export to maintain the target stock holding of all SKU’s within the network and the target SLA for Export BU’s.

Lead the 16 week Demand & Supply Control process for the Co-Manufacture & Import/Export .

• Timely communicates Co-Man & Import Plan Orders requirements & exception process according to weekly Demand.
• Overall coordination the deliveries of Co-Man products and Inter-Company supply through close communication and escalation of associated service risk.
• Tracked KPIs: DOH, DII, Customer service level, Low Code & SLA adherence.
• Maintain close communication with the transport, warehouse and logistics partners in organizing the transport to PepsiCo locations or customers;
• Parameter set up & maintenance in JDA and SAP and specific reports creation

Qualifications/Requirements

• High level of knowledge & understanding of the E2E supply systems & processes ideally with proven supply chain planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs to meet Service level requirements.
• Utilizes understanding of Isu and manufacturing, functional performance and interrelationships to maximize results & limit risk
• Strong communication / facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across
• internal BU’s and external Suppliers, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims.
• +3 Years Supply Chain experience
• Bachelor degree
• Planning – thinking skills, highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work across BU/Countries and external suppliers.
• Execution – Commitment to customer service, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads while working under pressure to challenging timelines.
• Communicates effectively – seeks, gives & summarizes information in a logical sequence clarifying purpose & importance.
