Support and Integration Engineer

The main responsibility are:

• Perform technical tasks associated with Configure/Develop/Customize/Change the desired tool for customers according to the defined plan;
• Add new solution elements;
• Implement new features/technologies in the solution;
• Manage the solution configuration/customization (integration, deployment and support);
• Manage the changes in the solution to allow integration with other requirements;
• Report the progress of the work to the key project stakeholders;
• Perform the enabling an acceptance of the new features on solution;
• Ensure enabling solution documents;
• Complete the testing and acceptance;
• Propose and deploy initiatives aligned with team objectives as supports overall team objectives.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, System Engineering, Informatics, or similar;

• Working Proficiency in English;
• Software quality principles and metrics;
• Different types of testing principles and practices;
• Good knowledge of processes and scripting;

• Willingness to continuous learning, ability to work/ learn independently, and demonstrate initiative;
• Self-motivated, well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks;
• Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision, has attention to details;
• Good knowledge of processes and scripting;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (. Office 365 – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc …).
