We are looking for a Support Delivery Manager who can improve the company's services to maintain customer satisfaction.

If you have Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant fields, excellent interpersonal skills and more than 5 years experience in the IT Industry and project management, feel free to apply.

Job Description

Support Delivery Manager - tasks and responsibilities:

  • Follow up the quality of deliveries from IT Support teams
  • Coordinate transfer of tasks from Norway to Romania together with the Team Leaders
  • Ensure that all procedures related to IT Support are followed
  • Suggest improvements to current processes, propose new solutions when necessary
  • Follow up with Team Leaders on transferred tasks
  • Point of escalation between Romania and Norway 
  • Romanian IT representative in projects related to IT Support
  • Measure and report on relevant KPIs
  • Analyze and plan workload and resource capacity together with local Team Leaders and IT Norway
  • Request training and resources from IT Norway when needed
  • Facilitate communication between IT Norway and IT Romania
  • Point of contact for Romanian Production units, escalation point


Project management - tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, coordination, execution and closure of assigned projects in the area of IT
  • Support, automation and integrations
  • Follow up project members
  • Monitor and report project performance, deviations and delays
  • Implement necessary actions to reach the project goals
  • Assess and manage risk factors in assigned projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Between 5 and 7 years’ experience in the IT Industry
  • Experience with nearshoring or working/studying in a multinational environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with IT Support, automation, integrations and/or software development is
  • desired
  • Ability to work independently as well as together with a team
  • Capacity to train and coach project members
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge and information management
  • Proficient in English. Experience with working or studying in English
