Job Description:
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems which include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
• Provide operational support to all departments, supporting and maintaining the Company's user and multi-platform server infrastructure and business applications.
• Able to assist the IT Support team working with the company's core technology) with minimal supervision;
• Provide onsite IT operational support on countrywide area for Company customers, according with business needs
• Installs and optimizes HW/SW/Networking product and configurations at customer sites.
• Can perform desktop, server and networking IMACs and can diagnose and resolve most desktop and networking incidents.
• Logging requests into Helpdesk tool and work within internal Service Level Agreements for case resolution
• Provide preventive and proactive maintenance on IT equipments;
- Improving his knowledge, and achieving Certifications according with Company business requests;
Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor’s Degree;
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in IT related and IT Support;
- Experience of networking in general . IP, DHCP, DNS, administration and configuration of Firewalls, Routing, Web server configuration, VPNs, and wireless networking will be a plus;
- knowledge on fixing and troubleshooting printers, desktops, monitors, copy machines on hardware level;
- Task oriented and fast learner of new technologies;
- Driving Licence B category, minimum 1 year experience;
