Job Description

e are looking for experienced IT Professionals in our IT Support Area for our location in Timisoara, Romania.

The person must have IT Technical Background (minimum 2 years of experience), to be capable in offering remote IT 2nd Level Support for our global clients, with main responsibilities as follows:

Managed Client Device Services manages the installation, maintenance, and support of Windows clients.

For a Microsoft Windows client OS, the Service defines, deploys, and maintains a Gold Build OS image and associated Load Set, and manages End User profiles

Managed Client Device focuses on:

•nbsp;Remotely configuring and managing physical client Devices;

•nbsp;Supporting and maintaining the necessary enabling Infrastructure;

•nbsp;Managing the required settings and policies used to configure a Device and OS in an enterprise setting;

•nbsp;Delivering all necessary updates to the Windows OS;

•nbsp;Maintaining a basic Asset database.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Preferably Computer university degree or a similar qualification.
  • Professional experience/knowledge in:

- Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows ServerWindows 7/10) and Microsoft products;

- Basic experience with Management of Active Directory

  • Has achieved proficiency in the Role of Hardware/Software Installation;
  • Familiar with Networking and Communication;
  • Knowledge of the ICT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, LAN/WAN, etc);
  • MCSA or equivalent certification would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of PowerShell
  • Familiar with ITIL methodology
  • Social Skills and competencies: Analytical Thinking; Information Acquisition; Attention to details; Interacting with people; Teamwork
  • Foreign Languages: Fluent in English;
  • French or German – advanced would be a big plus.
