System Lead Engineer

Overview: The System Lead Engineer will coordinate product development over all disciplines. He/She will have to make the best decisions to ensure that our products, either door handles or kick sensors, are developed smoothly and are robust against nature interactions (ex : rain, electromagnetic fields) . Our goal is to use the latest technologies and best practices from all the involved fields in order to have one of the best customer experiences in regards to the car`s Exterior and Access.

Key Activities:

• Keeping product development within the given goals in regards to effort and customer milestones
• Being in line with the project time schedule
• Contributing to achievement of overall project targets
• Planing and coordinating product development activities
• Managing product development capacities
• Coordinating and tracking implementation of quality assurance methods for development
• Deciding the continuity of the process in discipline related reviews
• Coordinates the process milestone reviews
• Coordinates the synchronization between multiple disciplines (SW, HW and Mechanical) keeping the product in mind

Desired Profile:

• University Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, etc.)
• 5 years experience in automotive industry
• At least 3 years experience in Embedded Systems
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management
• Technical judgment to solve problems
• Experience in developing/maintaining DFMEA/DVPR and product specifications
• Understanding of TS16949 quality standards
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English and native language
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
