Ensure a technical interface with the project stakeholders, collecting stakeholders specifications and addressing them to the concerned area (System Architecture, HW, SW Factory, Mechanics, Optics, Core Engineering)
Identify and maintain the full set of applicable stakeholders requirements (norms, procedures, customer and internal specifications)
Support project configuration management. 
Handle translation issues.
During the offer and development phases, perform and coordinate the elicitation and clarification of stakeholders Requirements and manage the Interactive Questionnaire, with the support of the impacted areas.
During the offer phase, manage the conformity matrixes (when existing) versus Customer Requirements (monitor the conformity of the offer vs. customer expectations).
Perform or coordinate System Requirements engineering activities.
Support the HW and SW System Architects in translating architecture-derived requirements into System Requirements.
