Job Summary:
As Systems Engineer you will be involved in the development of JSS automotive next generation Technology projects. Responsibilities:
─ New Product Development: Develop new technology to enhance the safety and experience of vehicle drivers;
─ System Development: Support all levels of System Development from requirements elicitation to system architectural design;
─ Definition and coordination of system architecture and requirements with the other development groups in the field ofHardware, Software, Functional Safety and Mechanics;
─ Analysis, review and comparison of customer specific requirements;
─ Support on all levels of System Development ( to ) and supporting processes (like configuration managementor release management).
─ Support the build-up of steering wheel and electronic prototypes, define measurement setups, do measurements, evaluatedata and present the results to the global team;
─ Ensure System complies with legal and regulatory requirements;
─ Automate work using scripts, coordinate tooling development and define rest bus simulations.
Your Prerequisites:
─ Completed University studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer science, Mechatronic or similar;
─ Development of mechatronic systems in automotive industry and knowledge of development process standards(. A-SPICE/ISO26262/ISO16949/ISO21434);
─ Knowledge in the definition of system requirements and the usage of requirements management tools (. DOORS);
─ Experience with Functional Safety and Cybersecurity methodologies (FMEA, FTA, HARA, TARA) is a plus;
─ Good English skills in words and writing are mandatory, German would be advantageous;
─ High willingness to perform and result orientation as well as interdisciplinary thinking;
─ Pro-active attitude, thinking out of the box and able to work in an intercultural environment;
─ Social competence - teamwork, good communication skills, ability to work under time pressure.
