Your ‘day to day’
- Support the execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy in the country while running all the operational activities regarding specific openings including job posting, CV screening and candidate assessment
- Build a trust relationship with internal hiring managers and a strong rapport with the Regional Integrated Talent Management Team
- Support the implementation of internships projects and liaise with Universities around the country
- Represent the company in external career fairs communicating our employer branding and current job opportunities
- Support the country On-boarding and induction program
- Exhibit a collaborative & Continuous Improvement mindset while suggesting changes in our TA local processes
Who we’re looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration or in Phycology or any other related field
- MSc in Human Resources Management or MBA will be a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing recruitment process end-to-end
- Experience in recruiting for a wide variety of different positions across multiple functional areas is highly preferred.
- Be able to leverage operational recruitment activities with Employer Branding activation; Work remotely and independently
- Fluency in English and excellent use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) are mandatory.
