The job holder directs and supervises the Talent Acquisition department, being responsible for the operational agenda of the department  and for the budget in part.

The scope of duties for Job Holder encompass:

  • Responsible for the implementation of the recruitment process (internal and external), as well as for the recruitment strategy in line with the group strategy;
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that they are appropriately motivated & trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards;
  • Involvement in promoting an employer of choice image together with peer departments;
  • Develop and implement all necessary systems and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and selection process operates effectively;
  • Monitor, evaluate and participate in the company’s recruitment and selection process to ensure that the company recruits the best people for available jobs and complies with legislation and best practice relating to equal opportunities and discrimination;
  • Establish trustful relationship with HR Business Partners;
  • Implement and maintain process documentation and ensure efficient internal controls are in place;
  • Establish of the key performance indicators for the whole department and tracks them on a regular basis;
  • Ensures adequate positioning of the company at student/job fairs;
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection.

Requirements:

  • Business relevant professional education in economics, social sciences and human resources;
  • Additional education and training in management is a must;
  • At least 5 years experience in HR & minimum 3-5 years management experience is a must;
  • Solid oil & gas market and industry knowledge;
  • Very good people management skills;
  • Ability to execute and maximize profits on an advanced to excellent level;
  • Advanced expertise and innovation skills;
  • HR advanced functional skills in all key HR areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation & benefits, evaluation, motivation and retention etc.
  • Very good knowledge of the employment market and extensive labor law knowledge;
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office package – advanced;
  • Language skills: English – advanced.
