Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be based in Timisoara, responsible for a variety of recruitment activities in different countries.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether and how to apply for a vacant position;
- Fill the assigned vacant positions (white collar positions) by utilizing social media, job boards, referrals and exhaust all means of sourcing to find top talent;
- Become a business partner for all the Hiring managers with whom you'll work with;
- Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc;
- Responsible for continuously reviewing source efficiency, recommending new sources and creating sourcing strategy;
- Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably;
- Being able to recruit mainly on the Romanianlabor market, but also in other European countries in different occasions (Austria, Poland, Switzerland or Ukraine).
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
- Solid end - to – end recruitment experiencefrom searching, attracting and managing the candidate though the whole journey and provide a great candidate experience
- English at an advanced level (writing and speaking) is a mandatory requirement;
- German or Hungarian or Ukrainian is an advantage;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Able to fulfill a TA Advisor / Business Partner role for all stakeholders involved in recruiting;
- Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
