We are building a team of 4 experienced Senior Sourcers/Headhunters to help our global Talent Acquisition teams across US and EMEA.
Therefore, we are looking for YOU, the creative, proactive, and experienced sourcer, ready to conquer the world.
You will be working closely with recruiters responsible for roles like: Sales, Incident Response, Software Engineering, Software Development, QA Automation Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering, or cybersecurity related roles. Based on your experience, you will be focusing either on Sales, Software Development or Cybersecurity related roles.
Key Responsibilities (or what YOU will be doing):
- You will be handling roles in most of the regions Secureworks is present in (USA, EMEA), direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
- You will be managing several steps of the recruitment process (intake meetings with the recruiters and hiring managers, creating sourcing strategies, pre-screening, and maintaining a close connection with the candidates throughout the recruitment process, scheduling them on interviews stages while maintaining their interest)
- You will be in charge of developing candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search (Workday and Avature), and maintaining our database accurate
- You will be offering a great candidate experience and you will maintain a close connection with the candidates until the right roles will be available
- You will be gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic regions (LinkedIn Insights or other sources) and participating in networking events
- Together we will be championing our brand and promoting Secureworks as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities
Essential Requirements (or what YOU should bring in the game):
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing
- Strong talent sourcing abilities (using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Viadeo, Xing, etc.)
- Experience with competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
- Ability to create complex Boolean strings
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Strong level of English
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience of recruiting/sourcing in the major EMEA countries or the USA
- Previous experience of ATS and CRM systems

Working schedule: 3 of you will work on our standard Business Hours schedule (Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm), whilst the 4th will try matching the US Business hours while keeping flexibility (Monday to Friday, 12pm – 9pm or 3pm – 12am)
