We are currently looking for a smart, determinate and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our Global Service Center in Timisoara.
The ideal person will manage a high volume of end-to-end recruiting processes including writing job descriptions, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening candidates, setting up interviews, and conceiving job offers.
Responsibilities:
You'll work on the following activities:
· Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, Boolean search and other methodologies of sourcing
· Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process
· Screen candidates' resume and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
· Provide analytical and well-documented reports of the candidates to the rest of the team
· Act as a point of contact and build positive and trustable relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates and Employees
· Guide and support employees on Onboarding and exit process;
Job Requirements:
· BS/MS in Psychology, Labor Relations or Human Resources related fields
· 2+ years of proven experience with full-cycle recruitment stages and HR processes
· Experience recruiting telecom profiles (is a plus) and other areas like marketing and sales would be highly valuable
· Excellent English language skills – written and spoken.
· Ability to multi-task and assist colleagues.
· Ability to work in a pressured environment
· Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
