Main responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting (sourcing, postings, screening, scheduling interviews/travel, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques (internet research, networking events, employee referral program, etc.)
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program
  • Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate, or agency environment
  • Experience in Construction/Telecom industry preferred
  • Experience in blue-collar recruitment environment, specific channels as well as seasoned specialists market ( particularly engineering and project management)
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Discipline and a can-do attitude
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
