We are looking for a new colleague, a Medior Recruiter, with a passion for people interaction, communication and creative enough to contribute with out of the box solutions within the recruitment team.

In the last few years, DELTATEL has also become an equipment supplier, offering turn-key solutions which include equipment and services. Our team is expanding since we are evermore hungry for fresh candidates, so you will work in a team of 4 other recruiters working to provide the most qualified talents to our clients.
What you will do:
- Actively participate in team meetings and client meetings in order to identify the client’s needs;
- Compose attractive job descriptions for the roles you have been assigned, and post them on the appropriate job outlets;
- Source new candidates using your given platforms (LinkedIN, Bestjobs, etc) by doing Boolean searches;
- Be responsible for the end-to end recruitment process, from sourcing a candidate to closing the deal;
- Update the internal and external clients regarding the recruitment process for specific roles;
- Be a reliable point of contact between candidates and client;
- Keep close contact with new hires in order to ensure a smooth on-boarding;
- Any other task assigned by the Recruitment Team Lead or HR Manager.

Who You Are:
- You have around 2 years experience in recruitment;
- You speak fluent English – a fair B2+
- Have proved track-record of hires within the previous companies employed;
- Are able to come up with new recruitment solutions during team-meetings using your previous experience and network;
- You are open-minded, communicative, willing to learn;
- You are a team-player, even if the team is still at home during the pandemic.
