You are

An experienced Task Manager professional with excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Task management requires a detail-oriented approach and exceptional experience in project management, coordinating teams across multiple international offices.

The Task Manager will provide full-service task and project management duties, managing and overseeing staff, supporting project development, while serving as the primary point of contact for all tasks across the region.

Performing reviews, data analysis, forcasting and planning, you will be in charge of deliverying in timely manner, all project delivrables, respecting all procedural agreements, including security and compliance requirements, in order to achive company goals and objectives.

You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and you have an analytical approach, with the ability to recommend, develop, and measure key performance indicators (KPI), while monitoring performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

You are able to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment, to adapt to changes efficiently and effectively. You are able change approaches or working methods, to best fit the situation and to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events which might affect the project outcome. 

We are driven to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, to look for ways to improve and promote quality, to identify alternatives and offer solutions, to monitor our own work and that of others to ensure quality and together to achieve common goals.

You will have to collect, analysze and synthesize data in order to find creative solutions for all project aspects, including leading, delegateting and reporting all main points of the project to senior management. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM software.
• Additional program or task management experience above 2 years.
• Superior computer skills, including MS Office suite.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, expresses ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form in English language.
