Role Specifications – Employee Relations
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently;
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Maintain contact lists;
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities;
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary;
- Adhere to the best standards and processes in executing the responsibilities.

What we expect from you
- Graduate of psychology/educational studies/communication or equivalent
- Experience in working with data and a strong acumen for data accuracy
- Professional attitude and absolute confidentiality
- Well structured, organized, flexible, willing to learn and develop; very good communication skills and ability to contribute in an international environment; cultural awareness
- Proficiency level in English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT-skills: MS Office as experienced user, especially Excel
