Role
- Office and Inventory Management: You are responsible for the office management in Sibiu and support the other locations if required
- Contract Management: Keep an eye on our local contracts (facilities, telco providers, office supplies etc.) and support the management in contract negotiations. In addition, you will act as a contact person for our contractual partners and employees
- Travel Management: You are the contact person for all questions regarding business trips and travel expenses and are responsible for the administration and processing of the corresponding contracts
- Operational Management: You support our management in strategic and operational issues in day-to-day business and projects
Profile
- University degree in business administration or similar is an advantage
- 2 years+ of professional experience in a comparable function is a plus
- Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to find and implement innovative solutions for complex issues
- Very good communication skills in English and proactive attitude
