In order to enlarge our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated for the position of Team Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative tasks received from the Office Manager - telephone calls, taking messages and follow-up action as appropriate etc.
- Offers support to consultants’ team - interviews scheduling, telephone screening, sourcing candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Prepares presentations and training materials and coordinates logistics for the training programmes.
- Is responsible for updating the recruitment and selection database.
- Translates various documents and prepares contracts.
- Maintains and organizes files, data and reports.
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Previous working experience (minimum 2 years)
- Driving licence is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing
- Very good communication skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Able to work independently.
