Team Lead Software Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Implements and delivers high quality and highly complex software solutions, integrated in existing digital products;
• Contributes to the creation and clarification of requirements;
• Collaborates with the product management team to ensure coverage of the product's purpose and vision; Collaborates with the management of the department in improving the work process;
• Analyzes the solutions of the colleges and validates their transition to the next stages of the development process;
• Participates actively in the innovation process by studying and referencing new technologies;
• Delivers software solutions within the time agreed with the manager;
• Implements unit tests and integration tests, and ensures their maintenance;
• Monitors and reports progress on its and team member activities.
• Participate in design/estimation decisions

Qualifications

C# and the .NET ecosystem

Postgres or any other SQL based language

Frontend web, preferable experience with primeng and angular

Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team (including working closely with other job roles such as designers and testers, as well as tools to support collaboration such as git and user story management software)

Able to work on multiple threads simoultaneously

Nice to have

Experience in leading small teams
