For our client, a shared services center we are looking for their Team Leader for the Accounts Receivables department.
Team Leader Accounts Receivables
- Oversee and monitor all of the stream functions;
- Coordinating and assisting team members in working through problems and handling requests and escalations that arise during the process;
- Allocation of team members on processes, proactively manage and monitor workload in a balanced manner to ensure work is delivered in high quality and backlog is minimized ;
- Implement, respectively maintain and improve process to collect metrics, KPIs and SLAs for the STREAM business processes; Establish key performance indicators that drive change and visibility to the team and leadership;
- Coordinating, monitoring and maintaining proactive communication with key stakeholders in countries, headquarter and EBS; Functional stream leader is the main point of contact for STREAM issues/requests/escalations/ allocated country topics;
- Manage the transition of new STREAM activities from ERM countries to EBS;
- Responsible for the preparation and recurrent updating the documentation of STREAM processes (help cards, process flows, and RACI matrix);
- Actively identify for weak points in the process, monitor these and work on prevention and process improvement;
- Carry out transformation initiatives and projects to deliver business impact and productivity benefits to customers;
- Defining and rolling process improvements, which include developing documentation and providing the necessary training to support the process changes;
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing key controls for the process under her/his responsibility and maintaining evidence that controls are functioning as designed;
- Developing training materials, set training schedule for the team members and perform trainings in the area of STREAM;
- Work with the teams to help implement more best practices across the team and processes;
- Hiring, training, motivating, creating, respectively updating job descriptions and evaluating STREAM staff members;
- Facilitate and mentor the development of team members to be exceptional team players.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting;
- Results and outcome driven profile;
- Orientation to details, high level of accuracy and efficiency, autonomy, and organization;
- Proactive personality, who enjoys driving initiatives to improve processes and activities in his area of responsibilities;
- Problem-solving orientation and fast decision making;
- Client focused person;
- Previous exposure to multi-cultural environments;
- Experience in the transition of activities from country to shared services or BPO;
- Communication maturity and influencing skills all levels including at CXO level;
- Previous experience in new ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP (considered a plus);
- Experience in work with Performance Management –set up & report KPIs, SLA, Quality Management tools.
