Job role
In the RPA – Business Analyst role, you will work on a project-based type of delivery, collaborating with the all Allianz Services Romania Pillars and AZS hubs.
The purpose of this role is to closely observe business processes and find out the potential processes which can be automated by multiple robotics tools. Key function is to process design and implement creative RPA solutions for the organization, working alongside with Program Manager and the Continuous Improvement and Innovation team, key stakeholders and local experts and be able to question, challenge and consider options and alternative solutions for automating business processes and maintain adequate automation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Perform Opportunity Assessments, analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, propose RPA strategy and provide the solution by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture
- Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design and implementing change requirements
- Design process solutions in accordance with the design principles and standards specified and use core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Fully and clearly document business processes to the granular level of detail that is required for an automation program
- Support process owners to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes
- Acting as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, communicating with business process owners to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution. Updating all the RPA and business stakeholders across the project delivery cycle
- Provide support and assist the automation Program Manager in the creation and ongoing evolution of the automation operating model and governance framework to ensure they remain fit for purpose, enabling business benefit to be delivered efficiently.

- Test and document the implemented solutions
- Participate in designing and refining the code and the solution in order to meet customer expectations
- Thoroughly understand, document and communicate requirements to appropriate team members, to ensure requirements are well defined
- Have a clear ownership for project tasks; be available to the team; and provide timely feedback
- Facilitate delivery of project objectives
- Track progress on project tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals
- Proactively report project status, issues and risks to management
- Follow and enforce project policies, procedures and methodologies
- Participate in regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders’ needs and requirements continuously in view
- Work collaboratively with the other project team members to maintain thorough understanding of project deliveries
- Organize handover to team members when needed
- Create and maintain project documents
- Capture and document lessons learned
- Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Automation or any relevant stream with 1+ years of experience as RPA Business Analyst
- Good level of experience in developing macros, formulae or any other coding activities
- Experience of process mapping using Visio or other mapping tools.
- Good knowledge/experience/accreditations across any robotics platform
- Experience of working within a team as part of the development lifecycle
- Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners, and the development team to help ensure the automated solution is correct.
- Professionally qualified within project management, MSP, Prince 2 (practitioner), PMP, Agile, lean, six sigma green/black belt would be an advantage
- Technical knowledge of Blue Prism software is an advantage or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
