Team Leader – German

For one of our clients, multinational BPO company, we are looking in Bucharest for a Team Leader for a German speaker telesales team.

Responsibilities:

Review all incoming work in order to effectively allocate tasks for the team members;

Monitor the team members’ activity in terms of quantitative KPIs and quality of the fulfilled tasks;

Preparing and presenting activity reports as agreed with the management;

Leading the onboarding process of the new team members;

Managing all situations escalated to him/ her by the team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Team Leader role with relevant exposure to measuring KPIs;

Proficiency in German;

Excellent communication skills;

Customer focused attitude;

MS Office literate, with focus on Excel and Power Point.
