Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has excellent people management skills with the experience/ ability to manage virtual teams across various countries/ continents and cultures strong relationship builder with the ability to successfully work in a matrix and in a global organization
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and speaks English fluently, second language is preferred
  • Has experience of working in a client facing role, capable of dealing with multiple priorities
  • Is comfortable working with new systems and apps (no IT programming knowledge required) and with Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Likes to keep things organized
  • Strategic view, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results
  • Has amazing problem-solving skills and can identify trends, aptitude and appetite to deep dive into day to day operational challenges
  • Is highly motivated, proactive and flexible regarding process change
  • Similar working experience is multinational environment is a plus
  • Quick decision making, handles ambiguity well

Main responsibilities:

Your mission will be to lead and provide direction for an operational team.

  • Organizing and conducting client meetings; keeping the client informed on team progress
  • Implementing changes and various projects
  • Delegate, prioritize and control tasks, balance workloads, steer capacity in the team
  • Works in close alignment and collaboration with all Conduent support functions to ensure seamless HR delivery
  • Continuously drives improvements and excellence in HR Process for best user experience
  • Developing performance reports based on specific indicators (.: SLA, KPI)
  • Handling client escalations and escalated HR issues from the team
  • Conducting meetings and performance reviews with each team member
  • Recruiting new team members and handles the staff planning. Supports training
  • Manage day to day contact with the other departments in Conduent (.: IT, HR and Acquisitions)
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing work and managing time according on business needs.
  • Working to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • Identifying and reporting any issue/ non-conformity to the Quality Assurance team and actively participating in completing the correction and prevention actions
